I have been interested in both watching and creating movies since I was eight years old.
Armed with an old Sony camcorder and a cast of friends from around my neighborhood, I filmed several very bad action and horror movies that will never see the light of day.
Throughout highschool and college I studied film both through formal courses as well as independent study. This work found a natural synergy with my 3D computer graphics research that I conducted throughout college.
I have also completed several animation shorts (stop motion, hand drawn, and computer generated), consulted on a couple of major motion pictures, and continue to write in my spare time.
